The library in Seminary was in existence as early as 1971 when it was housed in a 15′ x 30′ foot building on Oak Street. In 1983, after the acquisition of the depot building by the county, the library was moved to a portion of that building. This location remained the library home until 2000 when Mr. Robert Biggs gave the land for a new building. County funding and bonds from the Mississippi Library Commission paid for the construction of the Conner-Graham Library. The new building opened in February 2001. Most of the furnishings were donated by local residents. The Conner-Graham Memorial Library is a part of the Covington County Library System.
